Alchemy Color Lab was created from a belief that a salon could be something more.

It began with Nik’s vision of creating a different kind of salon experience—one where guests feel genuinely cared for and artists feel valued, supported, and inspired. Over time, that vision was refined through his friendship with Aeryn, who he first met through Drama Club in high school. Their shared love of creativity and collaboration brought them back together to build a space where artistry and community could exist side by side.

Today, Alchemy is guided by four core values: Honesty, Synergy, Authenticity, and Mindfulness. These values shape every consultation, service, and relationship we build, reminding us that the best results begin with trust, listening, and understanding.

Our philosophy, “Where Hair Becomes Art,” reflects our belief that great hair is a collaboration—where skill, creativity, and intention come together to create something uniquely yours.
