Alchemy Color Lab was born from a vision of a new kind of salon experience—high-end yet deeply human, where both sides of the chair feel seen, valued, and inspired.

These stylists earn their pricing and promotions based on demand of their time and expertise.

LEAD ARTIST
Provide mentorship and guidance to our team alongside ownership.
These stylists are in higher demand and are typically working alongside or with associates to grow the Co-Artist segments of our team
MASTER ARTIST
Our in house educators and most in demand stylists.
These stylists are on the path towards ownership due to their skillset, leadership qualities, and demand on their time.
